1: Header
The Header section provides the current status of the survey as well as important actions.
1 Survey Name and Status: Shows the name of the file survey and if it is currently live.
2 Import File: A button to import a new file or loop.
3 Delete: A button to delete the file survey.
4 Edit: This button opens Survey Designer, where you can modify or delete parts of the survey schema and rename your survey.
2: Overview
The Overview section provides important details about the survey.
1 Type: Specifies the Survey Type
2 Last Synced: Displays when the last synchronization with the hub occurred.
3 Created by: Indicates the user who created the survey.
4 Created on: The date and time the survey was created.
3: Synchronization Schedule
The Synchronization Schedule section outlines the data synchronization settings.
1 Description: Displays the current synchronization schedule.
2 Sync Now: Click the Sync Now button for immediate manual synchronization.
3 Drop-down arrow: Click the drop-down arrow to access both the "Sync Now" and "Schedule sync" options.
4: Trend and Key Metrics
The Trend and Key Metrics section provides insights into survey data.
1 Time Period Selector: A dropdown menu to select the time period for the data shown (e.g., "This week").
2 Bar Chart with Completion Rate: Displays data trends, such as the number of completes and other statuses.
3 Completes Count: Total number of responses
4 Questions Count: Total number of questions analyzed.
5: Mapped Files
The Mapped Files section provides details about files linked to the survey.
1 File Name: The name of the mapped file.
2 Level Name: The associated level or category of the file.
3 Added On: The date and time when the file was added.
4 Added By: The person who added the file.
5 Import Icon: A button to import additional data or loops.
6 Delete Icon: A button to delete the file, and all imported files underneath it. This will not delete the schema; Only the responses imported in that file.
6: Dataflows
The Dataflows section provides an overview and management interface for dataflows.
1 Name: The identifier of the dataflow.
2 ID: Unique identification number for each dataflow.
3 Last Run Status: Shows the outcome of the most recent run.
4 Current Status: Shows the current state of the dataflow.
5 Create Text Analytics Dataflow: Click this button to access the new text analytics dataflow wizard.
6 View All: Click this button to access the Automations and Dataflows functionality.
7 Dataflows List: Displays a summary of available dataflows. If no dataflows exist, the screen shows "No data found".
7: Activities
The Activities section provides an overview of recent user activities.
1 Activity Type: Displays the type of activity performed.
2 Status: Shows the current status of the activity.
3 User: Shows the user who performed the activity.
4 View All: Click this button to access the full activity log.
5 Activities List: Displays a list of recent activities. If there have been no recent activities, the screen shows "No data found".
