Managing a Decipher Survey

Forsta Survey Overview

The Forsta Survey page contains the following areas:

2 Synchronization schedule

3 Trend and key metrics

5 Activities

Note: To remove your Forsta Survey from the Hub, click the Remove button located in the top-right of the page.

Overview

1 Type - The type of survey.

2 Last synced - When the survey was last synced.

3 Created on - When the survey was created.

Synchronization Schedule

1 Sync now - Click the "Sync now" text to immediately sync your survey data to the hub.

2 Schedule sync - Click the "Schedule sync" text to open the Data synchronization menu. From here, you can decide to sync data manually (Not scheduled), automatically sync data to the hub on a continuous basis every 5 minutes (Continuous), or enter a date and time combination to sync later (Future).

3 Configure updates from Forsta Survey - Click the "Configure updates from Forsta Survey" text to open the Updates from Decipher menu. From here, decide whether Updates from Decipher should be stopped (Off). Or, you can ask Decipher to continuously send updates every 5 minutes (Continuous).

Trend and key metrics

1 Time period - Click the drop-down arrow to select what time period to show data from. The options are: "Include all data", "This week", "This month", "This quarter", "This year".

2 Numeric Metrics- Hover over the blue dot to view the completion rate, as well as the "Complete", "Incomplete", "Screened", "Quota Full" in numeric format.

3 Metrics - This section displays the following metrics: Respondents, Completion rate, Completes, Started, Incidence Rate, Questions.

Dataflows

1 Dataflows list - The dataflows list contains all existing dataflows within your Forsta Survey, including their Name, ID, Last run status and Last run (date).

2 Create Text Analytics Dataflow - Click the Create Text Analytics Dataflow button to access the Text Analytics Dataflow wizard. To learn more, visit: Creating a Text Analytics Dataflow for Surveys.

3 View All - Click the View All button to view the main Dataflows list in the Automations tab. To learn more, visit: Automations and Dataflows Overview.

Activities

1 Activities List - The activities list contains all activities within your Forsta Survey, including their Type, Status and User. To learn more, visit: Activity Log.

2 View All - Click the View All button to view the main Activity Log page in the activity log tab. To learn more, visit: Activity Log.

Re-authentication

In some cases, you may see an orange banner at the top of your Forsta Survey Overview Page asking you to re-authenticate. To do this, follow the steps outlined in Integrating Decipher into Smarthub.
