Click the “Add a task” text to add the task to take place when your condition is met.
Task Type
Beneath the “Task Type” header, you can make the following selections:
Note: Each task allows for the selection of a single task type. Opting to 'save' will store the existing task type and return you to the main page. Moving forward, the task type will shift, and data from the preceding task type will be lost. To establish multiple notification channels, you must create additional tasks using the '+' button.
This will send out an email to a user-defined list of emails, placed in the “Send To” field and separated by a comma. Also customize the Subject, From and Reply to emails, along with the default message. This message can also include Dynamic Data, which you can drag from the right.
Notify professional users
This will send out an in-app alert to the notification center within Forsta Plus. Only Forsta Plus professional users will receive this alert. You can choose which professional users to receive the alert by specifying them in the “Send To” drop-down list. Customize the subject and message fields to your liking. The message can utilize dynamic data.
Notify end users
This will send out an in-app alert to a list of end users, which are specified by using the “User List” and “Send To” drop-downs. Customize the subject and message fields to your liking. The message can utilise dynamic data.
When using this option, you also need to include the following CDL code in your Studio report:

Dynamic Data
Target Value – The value selected when you set up your condition.
Current Value – The current aggregated value.
Condition Summary Block – A summary of the Condition used for this alert.
Finishing Up
When you are satisfied with your task, click the Add Task button to the bottom right.
