When you have created a sampling job, you are taken to the Job Overview page. You can also access the Job Overview page by going to Contacts, clicking a Contact Database and then clicking a Sampling Job from the Sampling Jobs list.
From the Job Overview page, you can view the following information about each sampling job:
1 Job Information - Information about the job being displayed.
2 Scheduling - Information about whether the job has been scheduled or not.
3 Properties - Details about the properties of the job, such as the percentage or number of contacts.
4 Filters and Fields - Information about the filters and fields applied to the job, such as the survey selected and the fields used.
5 Runs - A list of run IDs, their statuses, sampling start dates, and the number of contacts sampled in each run.
6 Search - A search function to find specific runs or data within the job.
7 Activity Log - Click the activity log icon to view details about what happened during the sampling run. In the below example, the Contact Database did not have enough contacts to fill the target and it warns the user that the target was only partially filled.
