To edit a contact database sampling job, follow these steps:
In SmartHub, click the contacts icon in the sidebar.
Click the name of the Contact database the sampling job is located in.
Click the name of the sampling job from the "Sampling Jobs" section.
Click the Edit button at the top-right.
1 Pencil icon – Click to rename the sampling job.
2 Sample size tab – Toggle between sample size and stratification settings.
3 Sample size field – Enter the number or percentage of contacts to include in the sample.
4 Edit link (Filters and fields) – Click to edit the selected target survey.
5 Trash icon – Click to remove a filter condition.
6 Add condition link – Click to add a new filter condition based on contact data.
7 Scheduling options – Choose when the job should run: now, in the future, or leave unscheduled.
8 Edit Fields button – Click to modify required and optional contact fields.
9 Save button – Click to save all sampling job settings and changes.
