Text Analytics on Custom Data

Overview

A Text Analytics dataflow can be used for categorization and sentiment analysis on your Custom Data tables in SmartHub.

Creating a Text Analytics dataflow for custom Data

1. Open the custom table you want to analyze.

2. Click the Create Text Analytics Dataflow button (you can also start from the Automations list).

3. Select the text field(s) you want to analyze. You also can select a date field to use as timestamp for the record, if there is one in your data.

4. Click the Next button.

5. Pick the Text Analytics model to analyze with and set the dataflow to run manually, or continuously when there is new or updated data.

6. Click the Create button to enter the Dataflow page. On the Dataflow page, you can see the properties for the Dataflow, which Custom tables it writes the Text Analytics results to, and the list of runs.

7. Click Process Now to run the Dataflow immediately.

8. Click on a Custom Table in the list to see the results.
