Removed Data Sets
This command lists any data sets that have been removed from the hub. When a survey or contact database is removed from the hub, it will remain listed on this page for a period of 90 days after the removal operation. During this period you can restore the data set to the hub if required.
Note: Only individual surveys and contact databases can be restored. Combined surveys cannot be restored, and if any of these are listed they will not have an associated Restore button.
Restoring a Data Set
If a survey or contact database is deleted from your hub, it will remain registered in the system for a period of 90 days. During this period it will be listed under Removed data sets in the hub’s Settings page. To restore a removed data set:
Click on the Settings icon
in the sidebar to open the Settings page, then click View removed data sets.

Note: Only individual surveys and contact databases can be restored. Combined surveys cannot be restored, and if any of these are listed they will not have an associated Restore button (see above).
Click Restore to restore the survey to the hub, or Cancel to stop the process.
After the survey is restored you can then go to it to manage it if required.
Note: If you remove a survey and then manually add the same survey to the hub again (instead of using Restore) it will be given the same source ID, so any reports or dashboards referencing that survey will work again once the survey is replaced. A manual replacement therefore functions essentially the same as Restore, though Restore is simpler to use.
