If there are some differences between question ids or answer codes used between the surveys you want to combine, you can use a combined survey with manual mapping instead. This will do an automatic mapping of a survey based on a set of Mapping Rules, but allows you to edit the mapping to map questions that have different ids, and answers that have different codes in different surveys.
In manual mapping, you select specific surveys and add them manually one by one to the combined survey.
Note: Loops and questions in loops are not supported in manually mapped combined surveys. “Loop reference” answer lists used in questions on the top level are supported. In manually mapped surveys, questions using loop reference answer lists may be mapped if the loop reference is to a loop with the same content (same answer list or lookup table).
Note: For manually mapped combined surveys, the number of surveys times number of fields should not exceed 5000 fields.
