In the event you wish to refresh or change the data in the table, this can only be achieved by re-uploading the data file. The procedure is the same as when you first created the table (Creating a Table).
In the sidebar click the Custom Data
icon
Open the table you wish to update.
-
Click Import/Edit in the upper-right corner of the window.
The Edit Data page opens
-
Drop a file onto the page or click the Browse button.
A standard file selection dialog opens.
-
Browse to and select the data file you wish to upload. Note that the file must be of type .xlsx.
The selected file is opened in the Upload page. In the event the updated data file contains new rows of data or data is changed from the previous upload, these will not be highlighted. If columns will be added to or deleted from the data file (new or deleted fields in the table), these will be highlighted.

Overwriting and Merging Data
If you upload data to an existing table, once the file is uploaded, you have the option to merge or overwrite the existing data.
Merge data - Update existing records with matching IDs and add new records with unique IDs.
Overwrite data -: Replace the entire dataset with new data.
If you switch between "Overwrite data" to "Merging data", any changes you have already made will be lost.
To confirm you want to do this, you will be presented with the following dialog:
Merging
If you choose to merge the data, you will not have the option to change any of the fields.
Note; The schema in the uploaded file must match the table schema, otherwise you will not be able to merge them.
Overwriting
If you choose to overwrite data with a file that has a different schema to the existing table schema, you will be presented with the following message confirming the changes that will occur:
When overwriting data, the option to change fields is possible:
Publishing
When you have made your changes, click the Publish button to complete the merging or overriding of data.
